Training begins at 10 AM Tuesdays through Saturdays, and is based on requests made in advance by 5 PM on the Thursday preceding the week beginning on Tuesday. Then a final schedule is emailed to the yahoogroup.

To Schedule a Lesson
Email Lori and include in the SUBJECT LINE:

1. the word "sheep"  or "SHEEP"
2. the numeric date(s) (nn/nn)
3. <your name>/<your dog's call name>
   Example: "Re: SHEEP, Lori/Ben, Saturday 11/7, anytime after 1PM"
   
   Also include in the MESSAGE BODY:
4. (Human) first and last names
5. (Dog) call name
6. Cell# (so we can reach you if lessons are canceled at the last minute due to thunder or ice)
7. Home#
8. Day of the Week (e.g., Wednesday) and Numeric Date (nn/nn)
9. Specify a realistic Time Range >3 hours, like "no earlier than 11 AM" and/or "finish no later than 4 PM."
   Although Rich begins at 10 AM (Tues-Sat), many people have already requested the earliest slots, so usually the first available openings are after lunch, but you need to review the latest draft schedule for each day.
   Please do NOT simply request one time or a one-hour window, since we need to minimize messages exchanged as we try to accommodate everyone. Inflexibility can result in no lessons scheduled.
10. Indicate whether your dog's lesson will be in the Puppy Pen (for new and beginning dogs)

You can submit scheduling requests for as far ahead as you can reliably commit to participate within the time ranges you provide.
Requests will be given priority in the order they are received, so if you have inflexible scheduling needs, we recommend that you submit your requests early.
